CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER (Black Hills Community Bank, N.A. Rapid City, SD)
The bank is seeking an experienced and proven Chief Credit Officer, CCO, to lead a growing and successful organization located in the Black Hills of South Dakota. A successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in credit administration, a lending background, and grounded in all areas of credit from underwriting, compliance, and ALLL management. The position will provide leadership in the bank’s loan committee and be responsible for credit staff performance and development. The CCO leads the bank’s business development efforts. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Rapid City is a major destination for tourism hosting the mountain carvings of Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse along with world class mountain biking trails in the Black Hills. COMPLIANCE OFFICER (Black Hills Community Bank, N.A. Rapid City, SD)
The bank is seeking to fill the position of Compliance Officer, CO, to oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization’s compliance policy and program. Duties include internal audit, monitoring of bank operations for compliance with laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures, and staff training and education. The successful candidate will have a BBA degree in accounting or the business equivalent coupled with compliance experience. The position is responsible to act in the capacity of BSA, AML, and FACTA Officer. The position of CO reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
